AI-powered websites

SiteAgent

Your website answers questions. Around the clock, without you.

A secure AI assistant built into your existing site. It knows your products, qualifies your visitors, and routes them to the right next step. No SaaS subscription. No per-conversation billing. One fixed-price build.

$99 to start, refundable until your preview. $700 at delivery. One week. Async intake.

DataBridge Ops ASK ANYTHING Which product fits a shift-based team of 120? We run 24/7 support ops That sounds like ShiftLog. It computes overtime and night differential automatically. See ShiftLog → What can we help with?

The problem

Visitors leave without answers. You find out in the morning.

A potential client lands on your site at 11 PM. They have a question: does this work for my team size, does the price include onboarding, which plan makes sense for my use case. Nobody is there to answer. They close the tab.

Human support agents cost $15 to $35 per hour and cannot cover every timezone, every spike, every weekend. The alternative most businesses settle for is a contact form and a two-day wait. That is not a conversion strategy.

Why not a SaaS chatbot platform

Because you are paying forever for something you could own once.

SaaS chatbot platform

$100 to $800/mo
Subscription forever. Per-conversation billing that doubles what the price page shows. Your key is their infrastructure.

Custom agency build

$5,000 to $50,000
Enterprise scope and enterprise price. Months of discovery. Overkill for a business website that needs to answer questions and route visitors.

SiteAgent

$799 total
One fixed-price build. You own the code and the proxy. API costs run fractions of a cent per conversation at typical business site volume.

What you get

A scoped assistant that knows your business and nothing else.

SiteAgent is not a general-purpose chatbot. It is trained on exactly what you tell it: your products, your pricing, your delivery model, your intake forms. It answers what it knows, routes what it does not, and stays on topic.

A floating chat widget embedded in your existing site, brand-matched to your colors and typography.
A custom system prompt written from your intake brief: your products, your pricing, your routing logic.
A server-side proxy so your Anthropic API key never touches a visitor's browser, deployed to your existing infrastructure.
Session controls: message cap, input length limit, token ceiling. Abuse surface kept small by design.
Deployed across up to five pages. Full documentation and a Loom walkthrough at handoff.
One round of async revisions included.

Security by design

The API key never leaves the server. That is the architecture, not a setting.

Most AI widget implementations embed the API key directly in the browser. Anyone with DevTools can read it, copy it, and bill requests to your account. SiteAgent puts the key behind a server-side proxy that runs on your existing infrastructure, whether that is a Cloudflare Worker, a serverless function, or your own backend.

Visitor browser no key present Cloudflare Worker origin checked KEY LIVES HERE Anthropic API Claude responds THE KEY NEVER CROSSES INTO THE BROWSER

Cloudflare Worker shown. The same proxy runs as a serverless function or on your own backend.

Server-side Proxy

Key stays server-side

Every request from the visitor's browser goes to a proxy on your infrastructure. The proxy adds the API key before forwarding to Anthropic. The key lives in a secret store, not in any file a visitor can inspect. Cloudflare Worker, serverless function, or your own backend, whichever you already run.

Origin Locking

Only your domain can call it

The proxy checks the request origin against an allowlist of your domains. A request from any other origin is rejected before it reaches Anthropic. Third parties cannot hit your endpoint.

Server-side Token Cap

Cost ceiling enforced at the proxy

The max tokens limit is enforced by the proxy, not by the browser. Even if someone edits the request in transit, the proxy overrides it. No browser-side manipulation can run up your bill.

Stateless Sessions

No data persists between conversations

Each session is isolated. Nothing accumulates, nothing is stored. There is no user data to breach because there is no user data at rest. The agent forgets every conversation the moment it ends.

This is the same architecture DataBridge Ops uses on its own site. It is not a theoretical design. You are reading this page through a deployment of it.

Prefer to pay upfront? $759 today covers the full build at a 5% discount. Ongoing retainer available after delivery: $49/month covers system prompt updates when your products or pricing change, plus monitoring. It is optional, and it is a fraction of what a SaaS chatbot charges every month to rent you the tool you would already own.

FAQ

Does this work with any website?
Yes. SiteAgent is a vanilla JavaScript widget plus a small server-side proxy. The widget loads on any site that can run a script tag: Shopify, Webflow, WordPress, static HTML, Next.js, all of them. The proxy deploys to whatever infrastructure you already run, a Cloudflare Worker, a serverless function, or your own backend. If you have no preference, we default to a free Cloudflare Worker.
What does the agent actually know?
Only what you tell it in the intake form. It knows your products, pricing, delivery model, FAQs, and routing logic. It does not have access to the internet, your CRM, or anything outside that defined scope. That is by design.
What are my ongoing API costs?
You pay Anthropic directly for usage. At typical business site volume, that runs fractions of a cent per conversation. A site receiving 500 conversations a month would typically pay under $5 in API fees. We use a cost-efficient model by default, and the token ceiling we enforce keeps each response tight.
What if my products or pricing change?
The system prompt is a plain text file. Updating it takes under an hour and does not require a new deployment. If you want us to handle updates on an ongoing basis, the $49/month retainer covers that.
What if I change my mind?
Your $99 deposit is fully refundable up to the point where we send your preview, around day three. If the preview is not what you wanted, email us and we return the deposit. No forms, no explanation required. After you approve the preview and we move to final delivery, the deposit is applied to the build. You never pay the $700 balance until you have seen the agent working on a staging link.
How long does it take?
One week from deposit and intake submission. You get a working preview on a staging link by day three. The balance is due at delivery, before we hand over access and code.
Is there a calls or meetings requirement?
No. The intake form collects everything needed to build. All communication is async. We work this way by design, not as a workaround.
